Parcels & Petals Love Card - CASE the Catalog Friday

Hey crafty people!!! It's Friday and I have another CASE the Catalog for you. What is that you ask??? Well, each week I pick a project out of one of the current Stampin' Up! catalogs and recreate it and present it each Friday for you. Here is this week's card.....
Pg. 27 of the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog

I decided to pick a pretty simple card this week to recreate. It is such a fun technique to make your own backgrounds. You will also notice I changes out the colors. I started with my Rococo Rose card base that I stamped on in the same ink color. There is no rhyme or reason to how you do it, just start stamping making sure you slightly turn your stamp to get a more random design.
Next, I cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 1"x 4" and stamped my sentiment onto it using Rich Razzleberry. I  used my scissors to banner cut the one end. Now, for the next part if you don't own the dies you could leave it out or use a different one but for mine I die cut it out and glued it to the back of the sentiment banner. I took some of the Silver Metallic thread and placed it behind as well and placed the whole banner onto the card using Dimensionals.

For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping the same flowers in opposite corners. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you, while we are all in quarantine, to try something crafty today! Have a great day.

Hugs,

Julie
