   Hello crafty people! Can you believe that this weekend is the last weekend of Summer? Where did it all go? Where I live they have what is called the Sweet Corn Festival this weekend. There is usually a rodeo, and a lot of good food. Not sure yet if we will be going. Do you have an plans for the last weekend of Summer??? Here is today's card.....

   Hello everyone! Your week going good so far? I got to spend Monday with my grandson and daughter-in-law. I can't believe how big he is getting, he is now 4-1/2 months old and weights over 17 lbs!!! And with my back issues that weight takes it toll on me so whenever I hold him I make sure I'm sitting down. I have also been having fun making cupcakes for my family and friends. Yesterday I made some called Pink Lemonade...they are lemon cupcakes with strawberry buttercream. They were delicious! Do you like to bake? Let's get to my card.....

   Hello crafty people and welcome to a new week! Did you have a fun weekend? We seem to be having a heat wave right now so I have been avoiding going outside until it gets dark. It has been hard to sleep at night too. I absolutely can't sleep when it's hot. How about you? I am just so wanting for Fall to start as it is my fave season of the year. Here is my card.....

   Hey crafty people! It's Friday!!! Let the weekend begin! Any fun plans? I'm going to work on my craft room. I had a dresser in my room that my parents bought when I was born and I decided to give it to my grandson Logan. So now I have a ton of crafty things that were housed in the dresser now all over my floor. I need to go through it all and find somewhere for it to go and then move a table into the dresser's old spot. The table was given to me by my mom and was in the house she grew up in. It's called a "Gathering Table" and was used to put the food on that was just picked from the garden. I love it. It kind of goes with my card today. Here it is.....

   Hi everyone! Only one more day to the weekend! I had some extra back pain yesterday in my mid-back section. There is a compression fracture in that area so sometimes it hurts more depending on my sleep position the night before. And when it hurts the pain wraps around my ribs and all my muscles feel like they are stretched beyond their limits. Not fun. My husband got me some new pain cream that I'm loving so it definitely helped then. How are you doing? Today I have a fun, simple card for you.....

   Hello crafty people! Did you have a good weekend? I spent most of Saturday with my daughter-in-law and my grandson while they were here to do some laundry.    Hey crafty people! The weekend is almost here...any fun plans??? My younger son is coming over tomorrow with his wife and my grandson to do some laundry. It takes me back to when I would do the same thing at my parents house once a week before we could afford a washer and dryer. Of all the appliances those seem to be the ones you can do without, but kind of necessary when you have a baby. So I rather they do it here and save the money from a laundry mat to put towards buying their own.....plus I get to see my grandson! On to today's card.....

   Hey everyone! How has your week been going so far? Mine has felt nonstop since we got home from our vacation to California. Everyday we have been doing errands or appts. Do you ever need a vacation from your vacation too??? I also can't believe that Summer is almost over, though in some places they are having heat waves right now, usually by the end of August we are starting to cool some and you can tell that Fall is not too far behind.....and I can't wait for it as it is my most fave season of the year!      Hello crafty people and welcome to my blog! My husband and I just got home from our vacation in California yesterday. We usually go twice a year to visit family and friends. It always seems to go by so fast and it was so hard to say our goodbyes. We both grew up there, but moved to Arizona back in 2006.      Today I have a special treat as it is that time again for Kylie's Demo Training Blog Hop!!! These are so much fun to do and you get to see projects made by Stampin' Up! demos from around the world. With the Holiday catalog coming out in Sept I wanted to show you that if your crafting budget is a little tight you can still make fabulous Christmas cards for family and friends without much cost and time.      Hello crafty people! I'm still on vacation in California and having a wonderful time with family. My niece left yesterday heading to Europe for a month for one of her college classes. They landed in Rome late last night. I'm so jealous, but very excited she gets this chance to travel. Next year she is going to China! On to today's card.
