Out of the Box Stamping

   Hello crafty people! It is finally Friday!!! Any plans for the weekend? My hubby and I get the fun of buying a new washing machine. Our front load one is having temper tantrums right now. When you push the power button and then try to turn to the load you want, it won't change and when you finally do get it too and start the washing process the beep light goes up and down beeping every time it changes. This can get very annoying to listen to. So we need a new machine. At least there are a lot of good sales going on right now!      For today's card I wanted to use a stamp set I haven't used yet so I choose Parcels & Petals and I wanted to do more then just make the cute little box. Here is my card.....      I saw the large stamp in this set and knew I wanted to do a background with it, so I heat embossed with it first before I watercolored the background.    Hello everyone! How are you all doing? I have started a fun project...I am working on painting my filing cabinet. It's black and doesn't match my white and pink craft room, so today I am going to spray painting it. I just need to decide if I want it to be a light or dark pink. I use it to hold all my Stampin' Up! cardstock so it stays out and away from dust and light. It stays under my desk and my printer sits on top of it so it is easy for me to reach while I'm sitting in my desk chair. And I have had it forever so it needs an upgrade!      On to today's card...I love participating in challenges, especially the Global Design Project every now and then. This week is a theme challenge...Balloons. So I decided to use the Above the Clouds Bundle.
