Free As A Bird Thank You Card
Hello again crafty people! Have you seen the new Stampin' Up! 2019-2020 Annual Catalog? If you have isn't it amazing! So many beautiful stamp sets, papers, inks, and embellishments! I am using a new stamp set today for my card. It has been a very popular one among the demonstrators and awaiting customers alike. Here is my card.....
I instantly fell in love with the DSP (Designer Series Paper) the minute I saw it at OnStage in April. We got to play with this stamp set there too. The whole suite of items are all so amazing! I love all the coordinating colors. I have seen the birds colored in so many different ways too.
I simply colored the birds with the Daffodil Delight Combo Stampin' Blends. And then used the Soft Suede, Old Olive, and Petal Pink Blends to colors the branch, flowers, and leaves. The Nested Stitched dies may come with the stamp bundle for 10% off, but you could use these dies with just about anything else in the catalog too.
For the inside I kept it simple by just stamping some flowers and leaves at opposite corners as well as a nice sentiment to a dear loved one. I layered the Whisper White cardstock with a piece of Petal Pink to give a nice layer effect too.
