Cute Baby Ribbons Using Little Twinkle Stamp Set

Welcome back crafty people! Your week going good? We are over halfway to the weekend! Our temps have been steady in the upper 80's while still dropping into the 50's at night which is really nice as we can open up the windows. I do live in Arizona which is known for it's high temps, but we live in the mountains so our temps are more tolerant.
On to today's projects...as I had mentioned in an early blog post I am part of my team leader's design team and the stamp set I highlighted was Little Twinkle and today I'm going to share another project I did with it. Here are my projects.....

I found this idea on Pinterest and thought this was perfect to use with the new In Colors Rococo Rose and Seaside Spray. I thought these would be cute to hang on a new baby room's door or use at a baby shower. The way to make them is identical. I started with first cutting the DSP (Designers Series Paper) into 1-3/4" x 6" strips...I used 3 for each rosette. Then using the Simply Score board I scored every third line. I then began folding the strips on the scorelines alternating back and forth.
Next, I used glue to attach each strip to one another forming a ring. You could use either side of the DSP to show to the front. Then you just push it flat and glue it onto a large circle of matching cardstock. I cut all the ribbon and twine at 18" and used the glue dots to adhere it to the center of the rosette.
I stamped the star and cut it out. I used the Twinkle punch that goes with this stamp set that you can purchase separately to punch the stars out using the Silver Glimmer paper. I put Dimensionals on the back and placed the circle piece over the ribbon. Thanks so much for coming to my blog today and if you would like to purchase any of the items I used just click on any of the pictures below. Make sure you come back tomorrow to see my next project. Have a great day!

Hugs,

Julie
