A Farewell Tour of the 2018-2020 In Colors: Lovely Lipstick - Tea Together Love Card
Hello again everyone and welcome to my 2nd annual Farewell Tour of the retiring In Colors! Each week I will be spotlighting one of the retiring 2018-2020 In Colors. This week I am using Lovely Lipstick. Here is today's card.....
I have always loved this set of stamps and dies but I think they get overlooked too often so i decided to show it today. A few weeks ago I did a CASE of a card in the 2020 Mini catalog using the Under My Umbrella bundle in which I showed how to stamp a design onto something using the masking technique. You can see that process here.
When I got done with all the stamping, I colored the roses with the Stampin' Blends and die cut the piece out. I used the Tufted 3D embossing folder to emboss the Lovely Lipstick cardstock layer and glued it down to the white card base. I then glued a Pearlized Doily down and then popped up my tea pot with dimensionals. I stamped a sentiment and layered it and placed it in the upper corner.
For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping the same flowers in opposite corners. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you, while we are all in quarantine, to try something crafty today! Have a great day.
