A Farewell Tour of the 2018-2020 In Colors: Lovely Lipstick First Frost Friend Card - CASE the Catalog Friday

     Hello crafty people! Friday is finally here and that means another CASE the Catalog project! Since I am still doing my Farewell Tour of the retiring In Colors I combined the two into one card for you and here it is.....


Pg. 205 of the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog
     As I have done before I substituted the stamp set used in the example with a different one and in this case I used two different stamps. I first started with stamping the Whisper White layer which is cut to 4"x 4". I used the First Frost stamp to stamp all the foliage. Then I took the Dark Petal Pink Stampin' Blend and colored all the flower buds with it.

     I stamped the sentiment next and then embossed the Lovely Lipstick layer with the Scripty 3D embossing folder. I popped the top layer onto this layer using Dimensionals. Next, I wrapped a piece of the Braided Linen trim around and cut another piece to tie on the front into a bow. I glued this layer to the Lovely Lipstick card base.


     For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping the same flowers in the bottom corner. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.

Here is my card.....      I was inspired to make this card from another card marker. I have always loved the Little Twinkle stamp set and knew that this was more then just for babies. By combining it with the Well Said Bundle I'm telling my loved one that our love was written in the stars.      I heat embossed the background first then watercolored it. Beauty Abounds Card - Kylie's Training Group Blog Hop

     Hello again everyone! It has been a bit since my last post. Things got really crazy right before Christmas and then we went on a 2 week vacay. Well, I spent most of that vacation sick with a terrible cold that caused me to get a sinus infection. NOT FUN!!! But I am back today with a really fun post. I am participating in a Blog Hop with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the globe.
