Whale Done Thanks A Ton Card
Hello everyone!!! Are you having a good week so far? I know the new Stampin' Up! Mini Holiday Catalog came out today, but I really wanted to share with all of you a cute card I made using the Whale Done bundle. Have you seen this whole suite yet? Everything is so adorably cute. Here is my card.....
One of the things I love that Stampin' Up! does is when they create the DSP's (Designer Series Paper) sometimes they make objects we can either punch or die cut out. On a couple of the sheets are all these cute whales that can be punched out and used on your projects like I did here. I punched out the whale I wanted and set it aside.
Next, I stamped the seaweed, fishes, and coral and then die cut it out using the Stitched Shapes dies. I layered onto a die cut scallop circle. I cut a piece of the Whale of a Time DSP for the background and glued it to my card base. I placed the circle piece down with Dimensionals and then placed the punched whale on the circle with Dimensionals as well. I added some clear Elegant Faceted Gems around the front too.
For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping some of the seaweed and fishes in the bottom corner and layering it onto a piece of Pretty Peacock. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you to try something crafty today! Have a great day.
