Everything Essential Cute Halloween Pumpkin Treat Box - Week 2 of My 13 Weeks of Halloween Wednesday
Hello crafty people and welcome to week 2 of my 13 weeks of Halloween. On every Wednesday for 13 weeks I will be sharing a Halloween project whether a card or treat holder like today. With Halloween being my most favorite holiday, and not too far away, I love to create different things for it and make special treat holders for my friends and neighbors. Let's get onto today's project.....
I started by using the Everything Essential stamp set and stamped the pumpkin from it. I used the Stampin' Blends Combos Pumpkin Pie and Mango Melody to color it. Once done, I fussy cut the pumpkin out. I took a piece of the Plaid Tidings DSP (Designer Series Paper) and cut two 1-1/2" strips. Because the paper is only 6" you will need to glue the two strips together to make it around the box. Cut it at 8-1/4". Score the strip every 2" four times, the extra 1/4" is to lap over the beginning. Once on the box apply the pumpkin piece with Dimensionals.
For the top I used a stamp from the Hallows Night Magic and stamped it onto Mango Melody cardstock then die cut it out. I took some of the Black Glittered Organdy ribbon and folded it on top of the box. I used glue dots to hold it down and my sentiment piece. To finish, fill with your fave treat.
