Welcome crafty people!!! How are you doing and how was your weekend? Our weather is beginning to change and for the first time yesterday it started to feel like Fall was coming. I love Fall, it's my fave season of the year. What is yours? I thought since it is starting to feel like Fall I would do a Fall card for you. Let's get onto it.....
I decided to use a non-Fall stamp set to make a Fall card today. By using Fall colors I knew it would work. I started with stamping all the leaf bunches in various colors and then I die cut them out. Next, I stamped my sentiment and die cut as well using the Stitched Nested dies.
I cut a piece of the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP (Designer Series Paper) and wrapped a piece of the Basket Weave ribbon around it and then glued the whole thing to my card base. I put the sentiment piece down with Dimensionals. I started to arrange the leaf bunches how I thought they would look best down one side. I glued some down and use Dimensionals for others. I tied a piece of the Linen Thread to the bottom leaf and added some Gilded Gems to the sentiment piece.
For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping some of the leaves again using the same colors in the bottom corner. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
