Prized Peony Thoughtful Card - CASE the Catalog Friday

Welcome everyone to my blog! I am back today with another CASE the catalog Friday. I have been loving looking through the new Stampin' Up! 2020-21 catalog and deciding which projects I want to recreate for you. Let's get to today's card.....
Pg. 82 of the 2020-21 Annual Catalog
I started with the main flower piece, I stamped it in Basic Gray ink and then colored it with the Petal Pink and Old Olive Blends. Next, I embossed the background with the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder then I dipped my finger into the Frosted White Shimmer paint and smeared it in places across the embossed paper.

I then cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 3" x 4-1/4" and die cut the edges with the scallop die. I glued this piece down and then glued the whole piece to a Basic Gray card base. I also glued a Square Vellum Doily down on top too. I cut another piece of Whisper White cardstock to 1" x 4-1/4" and stamped my sentiment on the left side. I put this piece on Dimensionals and placed it on my card. I did the same with the flower. I placed a few Elegant Faceted Gems around the card too.

For the inside I kept it pretty simple by just stamping a peony flower in opposite corners using Petal Pink ink. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you to try something crafty today! Have a great day.
Hugs,

Julie
