Blossoms In Bloom Hello Friend Stunning Watercolor Card

Hi everyone! How is your week going so far? We had a couple days of really great temps and was nice not having the a/c on. Does it get hot where you live? As some of you know the new catalog came out last week and I have been loving using all the new products just like today's card. Here it is.....

I had done this technique before where I create a watercolor paper then die cut it out with an intricate die, but for this one I put it into a black card base and wow does it stand out! It's actually a pretty easy card to make too.

As I said I watercolored and die cut the flower piece out. Next I heat embossed my sentiment in the lower corner and then glued down the die cut to the black cardstock. I layered this piece onto some Coastal Cabana cardstock. I glued this whole piece to a black card base. I colored some rhinestones with the Bermuda Bay Blends and placed them around the front.

For the inside I kept it pretty simple by just stamping some of the small flowers and leaves in opposite corners. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you to try something crafty today! Have a great day.
Hugs,

Julie
