Little Twilight Love Was Written In The Stars Card - Kylie's Training Blog Hop
Hello again crafty people! It's that time again for another blog hop with demonstrators from around the whole world who are part of Kylie Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Group. These hops are so fun because you can find inspiration and creativity from so many different people all over the globe. Lost your creative mojo or just don't where to get started then you need to check out each person on this hop to get those crafty ideas flowing. Here is my card.....
I was inspired to make this card from another card marker. I have always loved the Little Twinkle stamp set and knew that this was more then just for babies. By combining it with the Well Said Bundle I'm telling my loved one that our love was written in the stars.
I heat embossed the background first then watercolored it. This way I didn't have the watercoloring showing through the embossing from underneath. You could do this technique with any of the different embossing powders depending on your color preference. When I was happy with the watercoloring, I set it aside to dry then die cut it out.
For the inside I simple stamped it with a sentiment from the Well Said stamp set and then stamped a few of the stars in opposite corners using the same colors as on front. Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope you continue on with the blog hop to see some amazing projects that have been created for you to be inspired by from other Stampin' Up! demonstrators. Have a great day!
