Hello Cupcake Sale-A-Bration Card
Hi everyone! One more day till the WEEKEND!!! Any special plans? I'm going to start some Spring cleaning. The weather here is finally getting warmer and my pain, for the most part, has been mild which means I want to do some cleaning and reorganizing. Do you get the urge to do some Spring cleaning too? I really want to "KonMari" my closet and go through all my clothes, but unsure if I have the strength for that yet. On to my card.....today I used another Sale-A-Bration stamp set. Here it is.....

I love the Petals Promenade DSP (Designer Series Paper) and decided to try and use it with the Hello Cupcake stamp set. I went with the more darker colors. I also wanted to do something special with the sentiment. I used my Stamparatus and washi tape to help change the layout of the sentiment stamp and move the wording around some. Plus I also left one word off entirely and used the Well Written Framelits to die cut the word I left off. This adds more texture and really makes your card a "one of a kind" creations.
I kept it really simple on the inside for two reasons.....1) It lets your message stand out more, and 2) After such a beautiful and complex front cover it allows the eyes to rest.
