This Little Piggy Card- Facebook Live Using Stampin' Blends
Hi crafty peeps! Did you all have a good weekend? I did get a lot of cleaning done, well as much as my back would let me. I did get everything done that I wanted to which was a good thing. Did you all do anything fun? It was still a bit cold here and the wind, except for today, has been awful. Well, I did get to do my Facebook live that I wanted to do and that is what today's card is from. I colored this piggy in my live and have created it into a cute card. Here it is.....
I have been wanting to do a Facebook live for awhile now explaining how I use the Stampin' Blends. I tried to keep it as simple as possible showing which black ink to use with them (Memento) and how I do the shadows first then blend them out into the highlights.
I also showed how to use the Color Lifter for taking some of the color away. Be VERY careful when doing this like I explained in the live. You only want to do a little at a time because it takes a few seconds for the lighting to take effect. As you can see on the pic above I did it on the very edge of the inside of the pigs ears to blend the pink out even more.
I stamped the cute little hoof prints and clouds on the inside of my card along with a sentiment. I have included a link to the replay of the live I did below.
Thanks so much for coming to look at my cute little piggy card today and I hope you found some valuable information on the use of the Stampin' Blends. There are several more ways that people use these markers I just wanted to show you how I do. Thanks again and have a great day!
