Farewell Tour of the 2018-2020 In Colors: Blueberry Bushel Royal Peacock You Did It Card - CASE the Catalog Friday

     For the past 5 weeks I have been showing projects using the retiring 2018-2020 In Colors, with each week focusing on a specific color. This past week I showed projects made with Blueberry Bushel. For today's CASE I decided on a card using the Royal Peacock bundle. I first started with die cutting the card base with the largest Stitched Nested die. Then I embossed and die cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock with the same die so it would fit inside the card base die cut.
     I stamped and heat embossed the peacock and placed it on my card using Dimensionals. I also stamped my sentiment and layered it onto a piece of ribbon just like in the original card. I tied a piece of Linen thread into a bow and glued it down. I also added some of the Noble Peacock Rhinestones for a embellishment.

     For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping a sentiment and some flowers in the bottom corner. Here is my card.....      I was inspired to make this card from another card marker. I have always loved the Little Twinkle stamp set and knew that this was more then just for babies. By combining it with the Well Said Bundle I'm telling my loved one that our love was written in the stars.      I heat embossed the background first then watercolored it. Beauty Abounds Card - Kylie's Training Group Blog Hop

     Hello again everyone! It has been a bit since my last post. Things got really crazy right before Christmas and then we went on a 2 week vacay. Well, I spent most of that vacation sick with a terrible cold that caused me to get a sinus infection. NOT FUN!!! But I am back today with a really fun post. I am participating in a Blog Hop with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the globe. You may or may not know but this past week on Jan 3rd the new Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs were released and boy are they amazing! I wanted to spotlight the beautiful bundle Beauty Abounds. Here is my card...      What is really cool about this card is that it uses a DSP (Designer Series Paper) from the Sale-A-Bration catalog that if you got this bundle you could get for FREE!!
