Celebrate Sunflowers Celebration Card - New Catalog Products
Hey crafty people!!! It's almost the weekend.....do you have any plans? I.can't believe it is almost the 1st. Boy did time go by fast. And you know what that means....that it's almost time for the new Stampin' Up! catalog. Here is my card using new products.....
Now, because of the Covid19 the new In Colors ink pads weren't available for demos to pre-order so we have to wait until June 3rd too. As a result I substituted Crushed Curry for Bumble Bee on my card. I started with stamping the sunflower and die cutting it out. I then die cut out the detailed sunflower in Bumble Bee cardstock.
After I layered the sunflower I stamped the leaves next and die cut them out too. I used a piece of the In Good Taste DSP (Designer Series Paper) and glued it to my card base. I glued down the leaves and sunflower as well. I heat embossed my sentiment and cut it into a flag. I took a piece of the Bumble Bee ribbon and placed it around and then popped the sentiment up with Dimensionals.
For the inside I kept it pretty simple by just stamping some leaves and layering it into a piece of Bumble Bee.
