Timeless Tulips Get Well Card - CASE the Catalog Friday Mini Catalog Edition

Welcome everyone! It's finally Friday.....any plans this weekend? I think my husband and I are going on a little hike. When you suffer with any kind of chronic pain or debilitating disability you basically just survive one day to the next. Well, my word for the year is "Live" because I'm tired of just surviving and I want to live more. So my goal  is to do something each weekend weather permitting. Let's get onto today's card.....

Pg. 44 of the 2020 Mini Catalog
For my CASE this week, I decided to use the design of a card I really liked inside the new 2020 Mini catalog. I knew I didn't own the stamp set that was used in the original card so I decided to use the Timeless Tulips stamp set instead. When you look at the projects in these catalogs, look at the design too and get inspiration from them.

I first stamped the tulips, then stamped the stems and leaves around them. I did make "masks" to cover the tulips for the one leaf that is behind two of the tulips. I love the look of these stamps as it is very much like a watercolor. I heat embossed my sentiment for added texture and I changed out the ribbon for the Polka Dot Tulle. I stuck two of the Bird Trinkets underneath just like the original.

For the inside I simple stamped another tulip in one of the corners and my sentiment. I layered the piece of Whisper White onto piece of Daffodil Delight for added color. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below for you. Just click on any of the items to be taken to my online store.
Thanks so much for coming to my blog today and hope you come back again on Monday to see what I am making next. Have a great weekend!!!

Hugs,

Julie
