Wood Words 4th of July Thank You Card
Hello and Happy Birthday America!!! I hope you are all having a wonderful 4th of July. Just a quick post here today to share this 4th inspired card with you using Stampin' Up!'s Wood Words stamp set.
First off, "Yes" all that stamping was done free-handed. I'm very OCD so it was very hard to let the little mistakes go, but I wanted to show all of you that little mistakes just add character to all your projects! Please don't let little boo boos keep you from creating or thinking you can't be creative.
I knew during my creative process I wanted this to look like an American flag and the stamp set was just perfect for this. I added the Basic Rhinestones here and there for a little sparkle.
Because my card base was darker, I added a piece of Whisper White inside to make it easier to write a message and to do some additional stamping. I kept it very simple as the outside was much busier.
