In-Colors Out of the Box With Eastern Beauty

     Welcome back and happy hump day! I can't believe Summer is already here! I am so not ready for HOT weather. The two things I am thankful for while living in Arizona is 1) because we live in the mountains it still gets cold at night, and 2) when the monsoons come in it cools off sooo much! On to my card...
     While sitting at my desk, I was looking at the stamp pad holder my wonderful husband had made for me and I was putting colors together in my head and this is what I came up with.


     I love contrasting colors! The moment I saw Lemon-Lime Twist last year I instantly fell in love with it. This year it was Lovely Lipstick. And these two colors look AMAZING together! Add Basic Black and WOW!!! I have also loved Eastern Beauty stamp set along with the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. The combinations you can make with this set is so numerous.      On this one medallion I made I used some of the pieces from one of the other dies to create my own design. Not all those little pieces are trash and can be used to make some beautiful designs. I also added some of the black sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment to my card for a bit of embellishment.



     I always add some stamping to the inside of my card to continue the outside theme and to say to the people, "Look how much you mean to me, I stamped the inside too!" The recipient of this card is going to love it.

Little Twilight Love Was Written In The Stars Card - Kylie's Training Blog Hop

     Hello again crafty people! It's that time again for another blog hop with demonstrators from around the whole world who are part of Kylie Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Group. Here is my card.....      I was inspired to make this card from another card marker. I have always loved the Little Twinkle stamp set and knew that this was more then just for babies. By combining it with the Well Said Bundle I'm telling my loved one that our love was written in the stars.      I heat embossed the background first then watercolored it.
