Prized Peony Sketch Look Friend Card - Kylie's Training Blog Hop

Hello crafty people!!! How is your week starting out? We had a little heat wave this past weekend making anything you can do outside miserable, so I stayed in and crafted. And today I have a fun treat.....a blog hop!!! That's right, you get to see projects created by Stampin' Up! demos from around the globe. Here is my card.....

I first stamped the flower onto watercolor paper with the intent of coloring it, but once I saw it it reminded me so much of my grandfather's drawings and I fell in love with it. So I decided to leave it as is and layer it into a piece of Basic Gray cardstock.

Next, I heat embossed my sentiment onto the bottom corner of the Petal Pink layer and then wrapped some ribbon around. I glued this layer to my Thick Whisper White card base. I used Dimensionals to pop up my peony layer onto the card base. I placed some of the Elegant Faceted Gems around my sentiment.

For the inside I kept it pretty simple by just stamping a peony flower in one corner using the Basic Gray ink. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you to try something crafty! Don't forget to continue with the blog hop to see what all the others demos have made. Have a great day!!!
Hugs,

Julie
