Gather Together Wishing You Well - CASE the Catalog Friday Holiday Edition
Hello crafty people! How has your week gone? I was supposed to be in Portland Oregon right now for Stampin' Up!'s OnStage event for demos, but.....our car decided to have problems and my husband didn't want to risk driving it to Phoenix (3 hrs away). Plus the money I had saved for my trip has now gone or is going to go into fixing our car. So I'm a little bummed today, but there will be next year. Let's get on to today's card......
We don't get any measurements for the projects so that part is left up to us to figure out, but we do get a list of all the supplies and techniques. For this one the Watercolor pencils were used along with a Blender Pen. I kept to the same colors as the original because I loved the look of the leaf.
Here is a closer look at the leaf and the coloring I did for it. I used the dies to cut out the this leaf and the others. To get the deep embossing look on the leaves, spritz your cardstock first then die cut it. I also used some of the twine from the Come to Gather ribbon pack.
I kept the inside very simple with the leaf stamped in the corner and a heartfelt sentiment. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used today to make this card I have listed them all down below. Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you to look at the catalogs as a great source of inspiration for those time when you have lost you crafty mojo and just need a little help with creating. Have a great day!
While you are crafting you can keep your desk clean and festive with these seasonal Grid Papers! Here are the specs...
-13"x 13"
-25 Sheets
-Double-sided with Mossy Meadow on one side and Real Red with White on the other
-Metric & Imperial measurements on both sides
