Very Simple Vibrant Vases Valentine's Day Card
Hi all! Stampin' Up! has started a new challenge called #simplestamping where you make a simple card with just stamps, ink, and paper. They just us a new theme each month along with a bonus item we can use. This month's theme was Valentine's Day and the bonus item was a punch. So I decided to the Vibrant Vases stamp set form the Occasions catalog and the Vase Builder punch.
It was very hard for me to do simple. I usually have several layers and more going on. But I needed this to be nothing like my normal. I used a piece of the Sale-A-Bration Lovely Lipstick Foil as a layer to give some needed color and frame around my sentiment. You can get this Foil for free with any $50 order before tax and shipping.
Since the theme was Valentine's Day I wanted to use hearts instead of flowers and I remembered the Heart Epoxy Droplets and used my Stampin' Blends to color them. I brings more color onto my card and goes along with my sentiment.
I kept the inside just as simple with a layer of color around my sentiment. And there you have a very simple Valentine's Day card for someone special in your life. Thanks so much for looking at my simple card that you could easily do yourself. Any questions, contact me here!
