Thank You Card

This is my first card I have made with exclusively Stampin' Up! products. I got my starter kit yesterday and couldn't wait to make something with it.

Gather Together Fall/Autumn Season Card - Kylie's Training Blog Hop

Hey all you crafty people! Did you have a good weekend? Our weather has finally decided to let Fall in. Last year I could feel Fall coming at about the last week of August. This year Summer was holding on for as long as it could, and I can't be happier as I'm tired of not being able to sleep because its too hot. Plus Fall is my fave season of them all!
     It's time for another fun blog hop, and sadly the last one with this group, with Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the globe. What a great way to get some inspiration! Peaceful Poinsettia Christmas Card - GDP Sketch Challenge #158

Hello everyone. I had Friday's post go a little early because I wanted to get this card posted on the GDP blog. This week they had a sketch challenge and I really wanted to try it and this is what I came up with.

     I will admit it took a little bit of time to place all the little pieces into each of the die cuts. I started with die cutting each color I needed then I would punch a few out at a time so I didn't misplace any. 
Here is what the sketched looked like.

     I really wanted the Copper Glimmer to stand out on this card and it die cuts so beautifully. And the Cherry Cobbler and Tranquil Tide contrast against it so well.

     I wanted to keep with the copper so I heat embossed the sentiment with the Copper Stampin' Up! Emboss Powder. This stuff is so amazing and so fun to watch heat up. I also used the Triple Banner punch to cut the end.
