Hi crafty people! Welcome to Kylie's Demonstrator Training Monthly Blog Hop!!! I love doing this hop each month as it is always so fun to see what demos from around the globe have made. For me sometimes just seeing someone else's card design can inspire my next project. Does this happen to you too? I've decided since Summer has finally arrived that I wanted to use the Magical Mermaid stamp set and was so happy that it was carried over into the new 2019-2020 Annual catalog. Here is my card.....

   The very first time I saw the Perennial Essence DSP (Designer Series Paper), and in particular this piece, I thought it looked like the water. The combo of the greens, blues, and purples is so beautiful and I knew I wanted to use it for this mermaid.

   I used the Stampin' Blends to color her tail and hair. I had fun blending the colors together to give a variance that matches the waters around her. I also heat embossed with the new Shimmer Black and White Embossing Powder…

Kylie's International Blog Highlights - Butterfly Wishes Friend Card

Hello again crafty people...welcome! Today I am again taking part in Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlight. I wanted to use a new stamp set today considering that the new 2019-2020 Annual catalog in going live tomorrow. Here is my card.....

     I first watercolored that background with the Aqua Painters and Balmy Blue stamp pad but it is kind of hard to see in the pics. For the branch I used the markers to color the stamp first so that I could make each part a different color. And for the butterfly I first stamped off once on scrap paper because I wanted a lighter colored looking butterfly. I fussy cut both the butterfly and the branch out to place on the blue watercolored background.

Royal Peacock Proud of You Card

Welcome everyone! It is Hump Day! The way I feel I would think it was already Friday. These last two days have been exhausting! Our new fridge we got last July has two ice makers, one in the upper French door area and one in the lower freezer section. Well, the upper one started freezing over causing it not being able to drop ice. So I called the manufacturer because it was still under it's original warranty. Now I know I live in a small area with not much around us, but when the manufacture decides to just exchange our whole fridge for a new one, I was floored. They couldn't find anyone in my area to fix the ice maker! So yesterday Lowes showed up with a brand new fridge and took my barely used fridge away. It's the exact same model, which I did want. But boy was it a pain to take everything out, move all the furniture, take the front door off, and have a clear path to get to the kitchen. I'm tired now. Kylie's Training Blog Hop- Everything is Rosy Thank You Card

Happy Monday crafty people! I can hear some people going, "How is Monday happy?" Well that is because it is time for our monthly blog hop with Kylie and demonstrators from around the globe! I always enjoy doing these hops because they inspire us to try or buy something we might of not really liked. I fell in love with this kit when they first showed us at OnStage and knew I was going to get it the minute they said Rose Gold! Here is my card using the Everything is Rosy Medley.....
     This kit is amazing and you get soooo much! And you can do so much with it too! I used the Rectangle Stitched dies to cut out the frame from one of the gorgeous pattern papers. You get stamps AND dies with this kit that are so beautiful. Plus my fave.....the rose gold paint! I stamped the centers with it.
   I only used two ink colors for this card, but by stamping off once I was able to achieve more lighter colors with just those two ink pads. This kit also comes with two different ribb…
