Forever Blossoms Thanks Friend Card - Kylie's International Highlights Winners Blog Hop

Hi crafty people and welcome to my blog! How are you all doing? Today I have a special treat for you.....a blog hop! Earlier this month I participated in Kylie's International Blog Highlights and was chosen as one of the top 10 by all of you so today the top 10 are part of a Blog Hop. I feel so honored to be among these other amazing winners. Here is my card.....

I have loved this stamp and die set since before I purchased it. The Forever Blossoms stamp set and Cherry Blossoms dies are so beautiful and versatile too. Besides the large blossom stamp and die that I used for my card there is also a few dies to make cherry blossoms. I used my Stampin' Blends to color this stamp after I stamped it in Gray Granite. Did you know that you can use any of the Stampin' Up! color ink pads with the Stampin' Blends? Because the ink pads are waterbased the Blends won't make them bleed.

I used two different DSPs (Designer Series Paper) for this card because they both contained my main color Petal Pink. I used a piece of the Parisians Blossoms DSP and a piece of the Magnolia Lane DSP. I also decided to use the Corrugated embossing folder for my background layer. For an added layer I die cut a piece of Vellum with the Stitched Rectangle dies.

For the inside I simply stamped some flowers and leaves in one of the corners and a sentiment as well. I also decided to place a layer of the Petal Pink cardstock behind for added color. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card I have them all listed below. Just click on any of the items below.
Thanks for coming to my blog and don't forget to continue on with this blog hop and be inspired by projects from around the globe. Have a great day!!!

Hugs,

Julie
