Beautiful Bouquet Valentine's Day Card

Hey crafters! How are you all doing? Do you know that Valentine's Day is 1 week away? Do you have a special something for your special someone? I have been sharing many styles of cards that you could recreate. I have another one today with a stamp set from the Annual catalog and combined it with a bundle from the Occasions catalog. Here it is.....

I first used all my colors to create the multicolored background used to make the flowers. I used my Aqua Painters and Watercolor paper and dabbed all the colors all over the paper. When I was done I put the paper aside to fully dry. I then used the large cluster of flowers die from the Bouquet Bunch Framelits to die cut a bunch of the flowers. I also die cut the large stem from Lemon Lime Twist and the wrap from Crumb Cake.

Playing around with the flowers I started gluing several onto the stem that is on a 2-1/2"x 3" piece of Whisper White. I took a total of 5 flower bunches to achieve the look I wanted. I also used the outlined heart die from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits on the Lovely Lipstick Foil paper to get the hearts you see on the card. I backed this piece with Flirty Flamingo.

I also stamped the inside with my valentine greeting and a few of the hearts from the Meant To Be stamp set and the colors from the flowers to add a heart border on the bottom. Any sweetheart would love to get this extra special valentine. Thanks so much for visiting my blog today and I hope I have inspired you. Now get crafty!

Hugs,

Julie
