Peaceful Poinsettia Card - Day 2 of 12 Days of Christmas Event

Hi again! Welcome back to my 12 Days of Christmas event. Did you enjoy yesterday's card? I hope so. With all the business of the season it is always so nice when you don't need to create a card from scratch. As demonstrators we get a special quarterly magazine called Stampin' Success. Inside are tons of ideas for holding classes and such along with card ideas and that is were I got today's card from. Here it is...

Though the sample was a little different the idea is the same. In the die set that goes with the Peaceful Poinsettia stamp set there is a die that cuts out the entire corner with this beautiful design. I decided to just place it on the Whisper White card base for a striking effect. I also glued it onto the card base instead of popping it up.

I used other Thinlits in the set to die cut the leaves you see behind the title. I used colors of green for more contrast. Kind of like yesterday's card. I used a piece of the Mini Gold Sequin trim and made it into a bow by just using glue dots to hold the pieces in the middle. I also placed the Red Rhinestones in the places where the berries are cut out on the background then also on the dot of the "I".
I hope you like today's card and please come back tomorrow for Day 3 of my 12 Days of Christmas. I will be sharing a card I made with the Signs of Santa bundle. Thanks!!
