First Frost Card - Kylie's Training Group Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! Today I am taking part in an international blog hop with several other Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the world. Fellow demonstrator Kylie Bertucci and her amazing husband Bruno offer this training group to help us demonstrators become the best they can and achieve their goals. I am learning so much! For this hop I wanted to use the new to me stamp set First Frost and matching dies. Here is my card...

I wanted to keep the colors mostly light with a few touches of Blackberry Bliss for contrast. I also wanted to make sure the card had some sparkle too. I heat embossed the background with the background stamp Sheet Music and Whisper White powder.

I also used a piece of the beautiful, shimmery Frosted Floral Specialty DSP (Designer Series Paper). Boy does this paper shine!!! All the prints are just amazing and will definitely be using some more. I also added some Silver Metallic Thread for a little something extra.

I kept the inside fairly simple but with a cute sentiment to someone special. This card may look difficult, but it was very easy to do. Thanks so much for looking at my card and post and don't forget to visit all the beautiful creations in this hop. Have a great day!

Hugs,

Julie
