I hope you are all having a great day and are enjoying the blog hop so far.  You are here today with Julie Kight from the United States and I am bringing you a card that I made for Kylie Betucci's "Aim For Alaska" Blog Hop. "Aim for Alaska" is a Facebook support group  run  by Kylie Bertucci  for Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the globe that want to increase and improve their business to earn the Stampin' Up! incentive trip. Each year Stampin' Up! offers an incentive trip for the top demonstrators to go for and earn. This year we are earning to go on an Alaskan cruise in the summer of 2018. Under My Umbrella Friend Card - Kylie's Training Blog Hop

     Hey crafty people! How is your New Year going so far? We were in California on vacation visiting family as we do every year. Then the next day my husband ended up in hospital with an abscess in his face. He spent the next 4 days there as they drained it and pumped him full of antibiotics. We had to extend our vacation a few extra days. It has completely healed up now and he is doing so much better.      Each month I get the privilege of  being able to participate in a fun blog hop with other Stampin' Up! demos from around the world to bring you some inspiration and motivation to get crafting. This month with the release of the new Mini and Sale-A-Bration catalogs I decided to use a new stamp/punch set. Here is my card.....

Colorful Seasons Winter Card - Kylie's Demo Training Blog Hop

     Hello everyone! I'm Julie Kight and welcome to my blog. How is your week so far? Today for you I have a special treat...a blog hop! I am part of a special training group for Stampin' Up! demonstrators run by Kylie and Bruno Bertucci from Australia. They are such an amazing husband and wife team! For this blog hop I wanted something for the season and I had just seen this cool technique done by another demonstrator and wanted to try it myself.      The Colorful Seasons stamp set and Seasonal Thinlits are so versatile as they can be used for any season as there are stamps and dies for each one. To do the inking technique I used the Coastal Cabana reinker and the new Shimmer Paint from the Holiday Catalog. I dropped four drops of the paint on a piece of Watercolor Paper down one side and then I dropped one drop of the reinker on two of those paint drops.
