Friendship Card

Hi everyone. Welcome to my blog today. I have a new post for the day showing this really cute friendship card. I have a dear friend who I love to make cards for so I came up with this idea using the new stamp set from Stampin' Up! called Friendly Wishes.

For this blog hop I wanted something for the season and I had just seen this cool technique done by another demonstrator and wanted to try it myself.      The Colorful Seasons stamp set and Seasonal Thinlits are so versatile as they can be used for any season as there are stamps and dies for each one. To do the inking technique I used the Coastal Cabana reinker and the new Shimmer Paint from the Holiday Catalog. I dropped four drops of the paint on a piece of Watercolor Paper down one side and then I dropped one drop of the reinker on two of those paint drops. Little Twilight Love Was Written In The Stars Card - Kylie's Training Blog Hop

     Hello again crafty people! It's that time again for another blog hop with demonstrators from around the whole world who are part of Kylie Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Group. These hops are so fun because you can find inspiration and creativity from so many different people all over the globe. Lost your creative mojo or just don't where to get started then you need to check out each person on this hop to get those crafty ideas flowing. Here is my card.....      I was inspired to make this card from another card marker. I have always loved the Little Twinkle stamp set and knew that this was more then just for babies. By combining it with the Well Said Bundle I'm telling my loved one that our love was written in the stars.      I heat embossed the background first then watercolored it.
