Hand-Penned Petals Congrats Card - Blogging Friends Blog Hop

Hello crafty peeps and welcome to my blog!!! Today we have a special blog post involving Stampin' up! demos from around the world coming together in a fun blog hop. This month's theme was "Anything Goes" so I chose to do a card with items from the new 2021-22 Annual catalog that just came out. Let's get onto my card.....

I decided to use the new Hand-Penned Petals stamp and die bundle. When I first saw the new catalog, I was instantly drawn to this one as it reminds me so much of my mom and her love of flowers. I started with stamping the main flower bunch and coloring it using the Stampin' Blends. I die cut it out using the matching die.

I cut a piece of the Hand-Penned DSP (Designer Series Paper) to 4"x 5-1/4". I wrapped a piece of the Pale Papaya ribbon around one side and then glued this whole thing to a Thick Basic White card base. I placed the flower piece down with Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment and die cut the boarder piece along the bottom. I cut around the sentiment with the Trimmer and then put it down with Dimensionals as well. I placed some of the rhinestones around the card front.

For the inside I kept it pretty simple by stamping a flower onto a piece of Basic White and gluing it to a piece of Pale Papaya and then the whole thing to the inside of the card. If you would like to purchase any of the items I used to make this card, I have listed them all down below. Just click on any of the pics to be taken to my online store.
Thank you so much for coming to my blog today and I hope I have inspired you to try something crafty today! Don't forget to continue on with the blog hop below. Have a great day.

Hugs,
